1. Is there is difference between choosing a male or female massage therapist?
   No there is no difference. Please do inform us if you have a preference or no preference. Your comfort is important to us.

2. Should I bring a bathing suit for sunless tanning treatments?
   It is your preference to have tan lines or not, however we do provide disposable under garments if you should need them.

3. Does the Spa provide any amenities or should I bring my own items?
   We provide our clients who are having multiple services with robes, sandals, and towels, as well as lockers to place their personal belongings. We provide hair dryers, combs, deodorant, soap, and lotion.

4. Is it ok for ladies to receive treatments during their period?
   Yes it is fine to receive massage, facials, and body treatments. If you are booked for a bikini waxing we do not recommend receiving the treatment for sanitary reasons. Waxing during your menstrual cycle can also cause skin sensitivity due to water retention.

5. Is it ok to put make-up on after my facial?
   It is fine to apply make-up after a facial but not recommended because the product might clog pores. Check with your make up to see if its free from agents that would do that with your esthetican.

6. How long should I wait to receive my next facial?
   For most clients, maintenance facial once per month is recommended to clean and hydrate the skin. However, if a client's skin has special concerns that need to be addressed, such as pigmentation disorders or infected acne, a treatment twice a month or even weekly might be recommended by their skin care therapist. Consult with your esthetician on the frequency of facial treatments.

7. What types of creams or oils do you use for massage?
   Organic Jojoba oil and or grape seed oil.

8. Is it best to shave before any of your treatments?
   We recommend that you do not shave before any waxing or scrub appointments. If you shave before your wax treatment, you must have at least 1inch of hair in order to wax. Be aware that shaving may cause in hair growth and irritation. Shaving will cause irritation during the scrub treatment.

9. I’m pregnant, what types of treatments can I receive?
   A pregnant client needs to focus on unique treatments that will make her body feel especially good during this special time of her life. For our pregnant clients we offer a Prenatal Massage, where the client lays on her side and is propped and positioned comfortably with pillows. Regarding facials, pregnant clients may ONLY book a European facial or Deep Cleansing facial. We do not do any of the following treatments on a pregnant client : Microdermabrasion ,Hot Stone, a pregnant client cannot have our mudd wrap due to the fact that raising the core body temperature during pregnancy is dangerous for the fetus. However, anyone of our scrubs will make an expecting client feel fabulous. (Note: All treatments for pregnant woman can only be performed once she has entered her second trimester.)

11. I have never received a massage, which one should I get?
    It is usually best to reserve the Swedish massage because it is your basic massage that improves muscle tone, circulation and joint flexibility.

12. I have never received a facial, which one should I get?
    The best facial to receive if you have never had one before is our signature facial. This 55 minute treatment is performed to your specific skincare needs. It also includes a thorough skin analysis in which the esthetician may make recommendations as to what treatments are best for you. The skin care therapist will also recommend the best follow-up treatment for your skin condition that would help to improve your skin.

13. Can I apply my gift certificate to another service?
    Yes you can, but we will redeem the gift certificate in a dollar amount (the value of the service). If the service value is less than the gift certificate value, you will have a Spa-tucci's credit. This credit can only be applied to another service. You can not use this credit to get cash back, tip the therapists, purchase products or purchase another gift certificate.

14. Can I give my gift certificate to a friend and/or family member?
    Yes you can, but it must be the original gift certificate. A new gift certificate will NOT be issued if you wish to re-gift your gift certificate.

15. Do you offer lunch?
    yes, with our Dreamcatcher package or if added onto a gift certificate.

16. Do you provide space for events or private parties?
    Yes, Two Massages and one facial and manicure/pedicure can be done at the same time so if you have a large party we will work around the rooms and # of clients. See our Bridal Packages.

17. Does colonics hurt?
    No, this procedure is a gentle irrigation to bath the colon, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized. for more information read about colonics or visit www.colonic-association.com

18. How many colonics do I need?
    To effectively cleanse the colon it is recommended to have 6 colonics in a 3/4 week period. and one monthly there after.

19. How long does it take for the food allergy testing to come back to you?
    it takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks. The client will receive a call from us to schedule there follow up.

20. If I have a problem with a product what is your return policy?
    We give a 30 day return with receipt on all products if there is a health concern for that person or if they are experiencing a allergy to it.

21. Can I add on to a service at the time of the orginal service?
    Yes, if time permits or you can book another service with the add on for another time.
