Spa-Tucci's is a Organic Health and Aesthetic day spa bringing you the best in services ranging from many types of massages, skin care, body treatments, hand and feet care,workshops, colonics, healthly weight loss programs, Nutrional coaching, life style change programs, teeth whitening along with Products from Metagenics, Skin Ceuticals, Mona-Vie, Mineral care,Donna Gates, Zoya, and pure organic Jojoba oil. We look forwards to serving you time and time again.

Appointments
We encourage Spa-Tucci's guests to schedule spa appointments well in advance, especially prior to major hoidays. For best availability, weekend appointments should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Same day appointments are welcomed based on availability. For a particular time it is recommended to call one week in advance. A twenty five ($25) dollar non-refundable deposit or gift certificate is required to hold your appointment. We have both male and female therapists on staff so if you have a preference please notify us upon booking your appointments. If you do not give a preference on having a male or female therapist, your service will be booked according to therapist availability. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. In consideration of all our guests and staff, late arrivals should expect to receive an abbreviated treatment and be billed the full treatment price. Please provide a minimum of 8 hours notice, 24 hours notice for multiple services if you must change or cancel your spa appointment(s).

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of your spa experience. We Must end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, please give an 8 hour advance notice, 24 hour for multiple services of cancellation so that we may be able to accommodate another client in your place. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in forfeiting your $25.00 deposit or it will be deducted from your gift Certificate. Appointments booked and canceled on the same day will result in a 50% charge to your credit card or gift certificate. No shows will be charged the full value of any service(s) missed.

Gratuity
If you enjoyed your service(s) at Spa-Tucci's it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to the Staff for services performed in cash or check made to cash only. Please be aware that we are unable to accept gratuities via credit card.

Children and Cell Phones
To ensure ideal relaxation and complete satisfaction for you and all of our guests, children and cell phones are not permitted in the Spa area. For safety reasons, we ask that children under 10 be accompanied by an adult when in the reception area.

Health and Medical Conditions
In order to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you be honest regarding your personal health. All information provided will be kept with the utmost confidence. Clients with high blood pressure should avoid certain body wraps and other heat or detoxification treatments. Those allergic to iodine, lactose, milk or other products should alert your spa professional so that the proper products are used in your treatment. Expectant mothers should avoid aroma therapy, detoxification and other treatments that might raise your body temperature. Spa-Tucci’s staff are not under medical supervision and do not make medical diagnosis. If you have medical questions please ask your doctor.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificate can be purchased for a dollar amount or for a service(s), they expire 13 months from purchase date. Gift certificates are non refundable, however they are transferable. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or for gratuity nor can products be purchased with Gift certificates. Gift certificate must be present at time of services or payment is required for your service.
